The IMBA Stem Cell Core Facility (ISCCF) was created as a part of an initiative for an Austrian Centre for Stem Cell Center and a dedicated stem cell biology facility. The ISCCF represents Austrian first stem cell-orientated core facility that utilizes state of the art technologies for banking and provision of high quality and well-characterized stem cell products. These resources will be made available to researchers on site, across Austria and to the broader research community in a not for profit manner.

Amongst all other stem cell products in our portfolio, we also offer iPS derivation services including reprogramming, characterization and banking of healthy/disease specific stem cell products. Another key aspect of our services will be focusing on stem cell quality control characterization, custom primary cells collection/banking, and training & outreach.
