The Genome Engineering & Stem Cell Center at Washington University in St. Louis (GESC@MGI) provides iPSC reprogramming services from patient whole blood, urine and skin biopsy samples along with QC assays for iPSCs, including karyotyping, pluripotency staining and embryoid body formation & germ layer staining, and differentiation services from stem cells into a growing number of cell types.

GESC@MGI also provides gene editing services in cancer and stem cells, CRISPR reagent design and validation for animal model creation and DYI cell lines, as well as molecular biology services, such as genotyping and library construction for CRIPSR screens.
GESC@MGI serves investigators both on and off WashU campus.
